WBC Annual Meeting and Scholarship Awards

Bloomberg once again hosted the Annual Meeting and Scholarship Awards on Monday, June 18, 2007. Nancy Schneier opened the event with introductory remarks. Anahaita Kotval reviewed the highlights of the year. As membership grew steadily, the Board focused on deepening the content this past year. The outgoing Board was thanked for their leadership and contributions. The next part of the event featured a video on the WBC - an uplifting view of the WBC especially for the new scholarship winners. Vicky Morgenstein proceeded to present the winners of the Scholarship Program. In the final part of the evening Valerie De Lavalette Glasser presented the proposed new board and the membership voted to approve them. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres were served after the formal program.
